As we reimagine our campus design, we will be remodeling many of our lodges to accommodate our guests. They will be done in three different ways, depending on location. We will have the Wilderness Lodges, the Mountain View Villas, and the Blue Ridge Bunks. These projects each include new bathrooms, new furniture, new kitchens, paint and flooring, new signage, as well as any major repairs as needed (Roof, Siding, HVAC, Water Pump, Fireplace lining). The cost will range from $20,000 - $80,000, depending on the lodge.
